Terms of Use

Plain English, and as short as we could make it.

Effective date: 9 October 2026

The short version

  • Prices and flight times on this site, including the instant estimate, are estimates.
  • A quote isn't binding until you sign a charter agreement.
  • You'll know which operating carrier flies you before you book.
  • Every flight depends on the operator confirming availability.
  • Your charter agreement sets the payment and cancellation rules.

Who runs this site

Charter Jet One, the air charter broker behind Instant Charter Quote, runs this website. Instant Charter Quote is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

Estimates are estimates

The instant estimate, hourly ranges, flight times and other numbers here are for planning. They aren't offers, and your quote can come in higher or lower. Photos show the kind of travel we arrange, not the aircraft you'll be offered.

Quotes, agreements and availability

Nothing is binding on either side until a charter agreement is signed. Before you book, we tell you which operating carrier will fly you and which aircraft type it will use. Availability is confirmed by the operator; if it changes before confirmation, we'll let you know and offer alternatives.

Taxes and fees

Quotes are all-in. They include the taxes and fees we know about when quoting, such as the 7.5% federal excise tax on US domestic flights and per-passenger segment fees. If you change the trip later, or something like winter de-icing is needed, the total can change, and you'll see the difference before you confirm.

Cancellations

Your charter agreement decides payment timing, changes, cancellations and refunds. Read it before signing, and ask us anything that isn't clear.

Your part

Give us accurate details, bring the documents every passenger needs, and follow the crew's instructions. Operators can refuse carriage when safety or law demands it.

Liability

The site is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or relying on its estimates. Liability that the law doesn't allow anyone to limit stays in place. Your flight itself is covered by the charter agreement and the operator's conditions of carriage.

Links

We link to official sources like the FAA for reference. What they publish is their responsibility.

Which law applies

These terms are subject to the laws of the United States and the State of New York.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, is the current one.
