Quick to ask. Thorough behind the scenes.
Instant Charter Quote makes requesting a private jet quote take under a minute. What happens after that is careful, human work.

What we are
Instant Charter Quote is an air charter broker. We arrange private flights for travellers with FAA Part 135 operators, or foreign equivalents, that own or manage the aircraft and hold operational control. We do not own aircraft, so our job is to find the right one for each trip, check the operator behind it and present clear, all-in options.
Instant Charter Quote is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
Why the request is short
Most charter enquiry forms ask for everything at once. Ours asks for the essentials in three steps: route, date and group, then how to reach you. Anything else, from pets to golf clubs, goes in the notes. You can also start with the instant estimate and carry the route straight into a request.
What happens after you press send
- An advisor takes the trip. One person handles your request from start to finish.
- Availability is checked. We confirm which suitable aircraft can fly your dates and where they are based, because repositioning affects the price.
- Operators are checked. Certificate, aircraft on the certificate, insurance and third-party audit status.
- Options arrive by email. Each shows the aircraft, the operator and an all-in price, with any variable costs explained.
- You decide. If you choose one, you sign a charter agreement naming the operator, then pay. If not, there is nothing to cancel.
Our standards
- Every flight is operated by a certificated air carrier with operational control, named before you pay.
- Quotes are all-in: flight time, repositioning, the 7.5% federal excise tax on domestic flights, segment fees and known costs.
- Where an operator holds an ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO audit, we show it.
- No membership, deposit or sign-up to request a quote.
- Estimates are labelled as estimates. Quotes are confirmed with the operator.
What to expect on flight day
You arrive at a private terminal, usually 20 to 30 minutes before departure, a little earlier for international flights. Bring photo ID, or passports and visas when flying abroad. The crew loads your bags and briefs you on board. If weather or a technical issue affects the flight, the operator makes the safety call and your advisor works through the options with you.
