Who receives my request?
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Instant Charter Quote. When this page says "we", it means Charter Jet One working for Instant Charter Quote.
What do you collect?
Only what you type into the quote form, plus a little about how you arrived. From the form: your name, email, phone number, trip type, where you are flying from and to, your dates, the passenger count and any notes. From your visit: the page that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign. We also note whether you opted in to offers.
No payment details, passport numbers or birth dates are collected here. If you book, the operator may need passenger names and documents, and we'll ask for those separately.
What do you do with it?
- Reply to your request with aircraft options and a price.
- Arrange and support your flight if you book it.
- Send the occasional offer, such as an empty leg, but only if you opted in. One click or one reply stops them.
Who sees it?
The direct air carrier that would fly your trip, so it can confirm the aircraft and the price, and the service providers we rely on to quote and book, like our email and hosting companies and, after you book, handling or catering providers. Each gets what it needs for that job and nothing more. We don't sell your information, ever.
How long do you keep it?
As long as we need it to answer you, to handle a booking and any follow-up, and to meet legal, tax and accounting rules. After that it's deleted or anonymised.
Can I see, fix or delete it?
Yes. Reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form, and tell us whether you'd like a copy, a correction or a deletion. We may check that it's really you first.
Do you use cookies?
None beyond what's essential for the site to work: no analytics, no ad trackers, no pixels. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees the basic request needed to send them.
Is my information secure?
Requests are encrypted in transit, and only the people handling them can open them. No system is perfect, but we're careful with what you send.
What about children?
This service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and travel for minors is booked by a parent or guardian.
Will this policy change?
If it does, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date, and big changes get flagged at the top.
